🛍️ Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation email) is required.

To start a return, please contact our team at info@volt-culture.com with your order number and reason for return.
Do not send your purchase back without contacting us first — unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Volt Culture is not responsible for returned items lost in transit.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email to confirm receipt and approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

Please note that pre-order products cannot be returned or refunded.


Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items.
If you need to exchange an item for the same one, email us at info@volt-culture.com with photos of the issue.


Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Digital or downloadable products

  • Items marked “Final Sale”


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@volt-culture.com with photos of the damage. We’ll replace the item or issue a refund where applicable.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank processing times vary.

  3. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received it, please reach out to us at info@volt-culture.com
